Veda Power – Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

a. You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.

b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

c. Please contact our customer service team at [your email address] to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

d. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.

e. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

2. Refunds

a. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

b. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

c. Refunds may take a certain amount of time to be processed, depending on your payment method and bank.

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items

a. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

5. Cancellations

a. Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders cannot be cancelled as they are likely to be in the processing stage.
